Challenges
Can I play free challenges?
Yes you can send challenges of $0dls. The minimum bet for money challenges is $1dlr
What happens in case of a disconnection?
If after the minute 5 you get disconnected. Our system will get a score of 3 – 0 where the loser is the one who lost connection.
My opponent is not online. What should I do?
- If your opponent is not online then after 10 minutes you will be able to see the “No show” button.
Which looks like this: 
- This button will be only available for 10 minutes
- Your opponent will have 10 minutes to refute it. If he doesn’t refute then good news; YOU WIN the challenge! But if he does refute it then you have to play.
*Remember that if a tournament doesn’t have results on the first round then the tournament is canceled. So even if you selected “No show” you can lose if the other challenge wasn’t play either.
I just finished my game. But results didn’t report
The main reasons results don’t arrive are:
- The console is not set up correctly
-You play the match out of the time or date range
- You or your opponent played with a different PSN ID or Gamertag
- The match was not played on the “External League Competition Lobby”
Why can’t I send a rematch to my opponent?
If your last challenge with the opponent you want to rematch ended on “Forfeit” then you have to wait until the challenge expires

How do I make a deposit?
To deposit to your account click on “Balance” and choose your type of payment.
Do I have to deposit first to make a withdrawal?
Yes you have to make a deposit before you withdraw from your account. Please remember that if you deposit via Paypal the withdrawal will be Paypal and so on.
